Every scarf is crafted with care by skilled artisans in Como. Italy. HATHAWAY scarves are hand-finished with pin-hem or hand-rolled edges, reflecting meticulous craftsmanship. Our main design studio is based in London with Sera Hathaway. All items are shipped by Sera from her small studio in London. Artist Lyn Hathaway is based in New Zealand - Although on different sides of the World, the HATHAWAY ladies make quite the team, which is what makes the collaboration of all their talents and skills a special and unique part of the creation of HATHAWAY

Yes, once we dispatch your order you will receive a tracking email and can follow the progress of your order online.

You should receive an order confirmation with 30 minutes of placing your order. Just to be safe, please check your spam or junk folder. If you do not receive it please contact us and we will look into it right away.

Once you have placed an order online, you can’t amend it yourself. Please contact us, and if your item has not yet been dispatched we will cancel any unwanted items or place a new order. If you have received a confirmation email with tracking number it means your order has already been dispatched and we are unable to cancel items after being sent.
